Original artwork description:

This painting is number 12 in a series which I call 'Blossoms and Butterflies'. The previous 11 are now in private collections around the world.
This series was inspired by direct observation and painting from nature, and then abstracted into these abstractions in the studio.
This particular painting has just returned from a travelling cultural exhibition of select paintings through several major venues in The People's Republic of China, where it has been very well received.
I am very pleased indeed that it is now available for a new owner to acquire.
