This spring, I was walking in the park of Saint Sophia Cathedral, and saw huge fragrant bushes of blooming peonies. It was impressive! The silence of the park, beautiful old buildings, and these huge amazing flowers... They seemed to glow in the early twilight. I wanted to capture this impression in a painting.
