“Bless The Weather” is an expressive abstract seascape oil painting 60 x 90cm (24 x 35.5 inches) on a 4cm (1.5 inch) deep canvas. Painted after spending time watching the sea in Hastings when the weather was grey and stormy. It’s titled from the song “Bless the Weather” by John Martyn, who lived in Hastings.

It's painted in shades of blue, black and white. The paint is layered and blended and heavily textured in parts. The painting continues around the sides of the artwork and

it is signed on the back. It’s ready to hang and comes with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.
