Original artwork description:

This original painting is an impressionistic representation of the Black Mountains in South Wales, which are about an hour’s drive from where I live on the English border. The mountains are stunning at all times of the year. The vegetation is lush, and the valley scenes are enjoyed by walkers and ramblers from all over the world. For the lucky people who live there, the Black Mountain foothills are the green, green grass of home.

This painting was painted using acrylic paints on box canvas. Details were added with marbling inks, and silver leaf highlights. It is strung with picture wire, and signed at the back.
