This magnificent villa was built in 1875 and handed over to the client a year later. Since then, the imposing building has served as the family home of a very wealthy family. They made their money with manor and coal mines. Due to the expropriation after the war, the building passed to the state and was used as a city administration until 1990. Since then the building has stood empty and has served as a speculative object.
