The technique of combining the looseness of acrylic with the hard outlines of the black ink designs is a technique just used only by me in my artistic expression.
I admire birds and this bird painting highlights birds in flight in a lush array of exotic foliage.. The brilliant colors highlighting the exotic birds are in contrast with black and white leaves creating a modern or contemporary painting. This contrast between reality and fiction adds a more dramatic look to this bird painting.
The exotic birds were created using pen and ink techniques usually found in digital art. In order to get the minute detail of design, it could only be achieved with the point of a pen.
Brilliant color emphasizes the black and white designs to make a strong contrast of the birds in flight.
The background is created using brilliant color with minute detail to contrast with the black and white images giving this unusual piece a contemporary or modern art piece.
This technique is used exclusively by me.
