The blindfolded bird is screaming something in the girl's ear.
The girl's face expresses fear. She has a ring on her hand, the same as for bird ringing. There are scratches inside the cage: someone was counting the days to get out of it.
Perhaps the girl was a bird and languished in a cage. She escaped, but she must lock the bird up instead of her. She has caught the bird, but the blind bird told her a terrible secret. The bird is blindfolded, but it can see more than a girl.

Sides painted, don't need a frame.
Comes in a box ready to hang.
Oil on canvas.
