I always admired birds - their grace and elegance, the way they own the sky. I envy their ability to fly - to get wherever and whenever they like. That freedom birds are privilliged with makes them mysterious. And let's be honest here - we all like a bit of mystery ;)
In my piece I tried to capture a moment of bird's life. Even if the birds are standing still in my painting I gave it a very colourfull and dynamic background - that's how I imagine their everyday life is.
It's a light textured original acrylic painting on canvas (50 x 70 x 1.5). Painting is painted around the edges, giving it a contemporary look and is ready to hang.
