Original artwork description:

This is a painting from 2012 and the inspiration came from when I was stuck on the Greek island of Karpathos because of a heavy storm. I had managed to climb on some cliffs and was sitting there a long time looking at the enormous waves breaking at the coastline. When I got back to my studio in Athens I started the work on this sea painting.
The painting is mounted on a professional wooden frame/stretcher that can regulate the tension. When shipped normally I will unframe it and send it rolled in a tube together with the parts of the frame. The frame is then easily reassembled and the painting has to be restretched.
If you wish to have it shipped as it is it will have to go in a box and the price of transport will go up. In this case, we will try to find the best price for transport.
