Original artwork description:

„Big Cat #2” is an expressive painting of a close up leopard head.

Splashing Colors in black, white, red on paper.
This paperwork comes stretched on a canvas board (stretcher bars). It is ready to hang. But of course if you want you can frame the painting behind glass.

100 x 100 cm
39 x 39 '' inch

This work is created in the series „ONE OF THE BIG FIVE” which has endangered species on the topic. It should criticize our dealings with fellow creatures and the poaching of the trophy hunters. Leopards are on the red list of endangered species. Habitat loss, decline in prey populations, human-wildlife conflicts, excessive trophy hunting rates, poaching and illegal trade are among the biggest threats facing the leopard.

„Pure imaging of the models is not my interest, there are always also feelings transported. I hope my art could make one see a new view of things and helps to see the beauty in everyday things, in small details and in the power of nature.”

Signed on the front and back.
The painting comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
