Big Buddha monument is present in many Asia countries. I myself have seen one in Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong. This artwork is inspired by the Big Buddha I saw on my trip to Hong Kong. It was an amazing monument worth the hike up in the mountain. I tried to capture the contrast of light and shadow as well as the scale of the monument.
