This is a painting inspired by the numerous woodlands in Hertfordshire and around the UK which are bursting into life in early Spring.
The pale cool colours of the season bring into sharp relief the shapes of the bare trees. The Snowdrops carpet the woodland, pushing through the old leaves and twigs on the forest floor.
The painting is supplied in a cream/white mount and a cream/white wood frame ready to hang. Would make a fresh focal point for a room with neutral tones of grey, cream, pale green and white.
