No matter how we try to delay it in all available ways, trying to decorate ourselves using cosmetics - the running of time is relentless, and now the empty eye sockets of death are staring at us, laughing out loud at our pathetic attempts to change the inevitable.

Tear roses before it's too late. 

This still life depicts the classic symbols of the vanitas still life: a skull, a watch, precious jewelry, as well as the invariable attributes of modern life: cosmetics.

Details: The painting was painted in oil on canvas stretched on a stretcher. Hanging equipment included. Each work is signed on the back. The painting is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Shipment details: Supplied in a cardboard box. The painting is covered with acid-free glassine paper, wrapped in bubble wrap, sealed in plastic, sandwiched between two pieces of foam or corrugated cardboard shipping inserts and placed in a strong shipping box.
