Original artwork description:

Sometimes props can set off a train of thought. The model here was towards the end of a long life drawing session. The rattan lounger chair's curves settled into. The bright blue fan punching some colour into the quiet relaxed pose.

Drawing is almost zen like as I observe, pause, breathe and draw, not looking at the paper very often. Just capturing the essence of the mood.

Mounting/Mat Suggestion: An image is included of how the piece could look if float-mounted or put behind mountboard(s) [in the US known as mats] before framing.

NB the colour of the picture may be slightly different on your monitor/phone depending on settings.

Materials used:

pastels on pastel card
