This large painting 42" x 40" ( 106.68cm x 101.6cm x 2cm ) captures a vibrant and mystical coastal scene. The foreground bursts with wildflowers-daisies, pink and red blooms and lush greenery that spill over the frame and view. The vibrant, textural brushstrokes give the flowers a lively, almost tangible presence, as though they are gently swaying in the breeze.
Beyond the meadow, the waves glisten with light as they crest and tumble toward the shore. The artist has skillfully conveyed the movement of the sea, with sparkling foam and hints of aquamarine breaking through the whitecaps.
