This painting literally evolved through darkness- a badly lit studio (at the time). It was late at night when I painted her. A lonely figure, an almost stalk-like and stalker-like appearance. Standing in her neighbours garden in the dark of the night she watches a scene in disbelief. Her intuition whispers "I told you so".
