Original artwork description:

This original oil painting was created plain air in the North Peak District in Derbyshire UK. It was painted in late summer 2019. Looking across the fields and over the hills to the approaching rain clouds.

When I looked down from the horizon I saw the single wire fence which separated me from this minimal landscape.

Oil on a canvas board 8x8 inches in size, the painting has been framed and is ready to hang. Please see image gallery for frame style and colour.
