This artwork is an original, one-off work by the artist.

This work explores the idea of sacrifice. Painted on Good Friday 2018. I just let my emotions flow with the paint, each stroke of the brush feeds the emotion for the next and so on. There are different emotions all contrasted together It is an exploration of abstractionism and painted in the style of abstract expressionism.

I like using acrylics as the colours blend so well together.

This work is painted on 12 oz gallery canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is hand stretched onto a frame is 92 cm in height by 215 cm in width; then removed and rolled up for international shipping.

This work was created in Good Friday 2018.

In my paintings, I use finest quality professional Liquitex acrylic paints, gallery canvas. The painting was sprayed with a glaze of varnish.

A Certificate of Authenticity with hologram - verification is attached to the image.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs for this work internationally can be prohibitively expensive so the canvas was taken off the stretchers and rolled up, avoiding heavy shipping costs.
