There was one horse in my life… no. This horse never entered my life. I dreamed of her for a long time, but it never happened.
This horse not only fascinated me with its beauty. It stirred a storm of emotions in me, from joy and tears of happiness when touching it, to a pulling, chilling pain and fears at a distance from her.
She galloped into my paintings when she wanted to and inspired me to depict dreams of her and endless admiration for her. She uplifted and warmed. Dreams, in general, are something that can give a lot on the way to them.
Everyone who comes into our lives plays some important role, like a puzzle piece shaping each of our worlds. Sometimes these roles are immediately clear, and sometimes they only form a completely unexpected story when combined with other fragments.
This horse carried light for me, and her name was like a guiding star, even when it seemed that everything around was hopeless. And at some point, she began to illuminate the people around me. She showed those to whom warmth and gratitude became consciously stronger because I saw how people can be kind and responsive. How strong support and care can be. The light also revealed the dark sides of the world around me. But without that, I wouldn't have felt the kindness that gently reached out in moments when it seemed like the world was crumbling.
Dark times happen to everyone, but we choose with what baggage we come out of them and whether we want to emerge into the light and carry the light within us. And it's great when there's someone who can help see and accept that light, walking towards freedom.
