A Scottish landscape painting inspired by the high mountain views seen from the Bealachs or west coast mountain passes of the highlands of Scotland, such as the dramatic Bealach na Ba Applecross or the Bealach na Gaoithe on the road to Diabaig near the Torridon Hills. Painted in cool blue colours with a touch of yellow ochre in a modern impressionist style I have tried to convey the moody atmosphere of the wild scenery of these wilderness areas of the British Isles,.

Painted using quality artists paint on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
