Iona is an incredible tiny island. I’ve been there only once but I keep coming back to these views in my paintings. I’ve painted and sold many originals with those breathtaking views. It has it all: black rocks, turquoise sea and white sand. All these colours are how you would see them. I’ve just put on canvas the natures ideas for contrasts and vivid colours.
This painting is beautifully framed.
