This painting is based on a photo I took of Achmelvich Beach in the Western Highlands of Scotland. It is a beach that I have painted before. The day we visited I could hardly believe the clarity and colour of the water but if you have ever visited you will know that to be true!
There are so many beautiful beaches around that area. We visited many of them on our tour as we drove the North Coast 500 all around the northern tip of Scotland starting from Inverness.
The painting is supplied in an off white mount and will fit a frame size 50cm x 50cm.
