It was a wet and windy day when we arrived at this Cornish beach last summer. We weren't sure whether to even get out of the car, then the sun braved it through the clouds and the light was immediately transformed. Hope you like this oil painting inspired by that day. I've used brushes to get the rare bit of blue in the sky and palette knives to create the texture of the wide beach. Hope you like it!
