Original artwork description:

This is a painting of the beach at Sennen in Cornwall, with groups of holidaymakers enjoying their visit.
It shows the sea and bay to the left, with the beach to the right and hills beyond. The sky was quite dark, but the sea was a glorious turquoise colour, which made me want to capture it in paint.
The foreground is rocky and protects the road to the village.
