This listing is for one painting, an original oil painting of a rainbow in the sky, pictured here with two others from this landscape series.
The painting is in oils on twice primed smooth 300gsm watercolour paper, A4 in size, and comes framed with a white wooden frame, with a double matt/mount. NB. the frame uses a perspex glaze which perfectly shows off the artwork, without any of the hazards of shipping damage. The painting is 18 x 20 cm, the listing indicates the framed size with generous double mount and wooden frame, approximately 36 x 42cm.
This season has brought so many walks, and so many majestic skies. We're all drawn to the rainbow, all pointing them out to the people around us. A moment to be still in wonderment. For me, they're a reminder of hope. I've named this 'Be Still' after Psalm 46:10, 'Be Still, and know that I am God'.
The painting will come safely packaged flat, signed on the back and framed, with accompanying certificate of authentication.
Colours may vary slightly from screen image to final painting.
