'Bayon Temple'
The Bayon Temple is a richly decorated Khmer temple at Angkor in Cambodia. Built in the late 12th or early 13th century as the state temple of the King Jayavarman VII. The Bayon's most distinctive temple and it has smiling stone faces (216 pieces) of The Buddha - probably modeled on the face of King Jayavarman VII - on every side the many towers. It was built the last on the Angkor Wat territory.
Size 22 x 15 inches (56 x 38 cm).
Original watercolor painting - painted on watercolor paper (Saunders Waterford). Need a decorative frame. On the front side in the lower right corner - the author's signature. Include a certificate of authenticity.
