Barns in the Snow
This work is painted with artists acrylic paints onto stretched, gessoed and primed cotton canvas over a wooden stretcher frame.
This is one of my original paintings showing the local landscape. As soon as it starts snowing every year I begin to collect images of the wonderful transformation the land undergoes. This is a new series of paintings showing the Yorkshire landscape and architecture transformed by snow.
The painting comes on a well made double frame wooden box stretcher with gallery wrapped canvas and could be hung directly on the wall or framed if preferred. Hanging fixtures are supplied on the back of the painting
