Original artwork description:

In 2014 I was visiting Barcelona and went up to the Park Guell in the north of the city. High up in the park there was a view looking down onto a children's playground at playtime. It was a bright sunny day and the children were running, chatting, laughing and playing just as all children throughout the world should be able to do in safety and security. It was such a happy scene that I decided to make a series of paintings based on what I had seen and to celebrate that lovely day.
