Painting with the title "BarackAngelVladimir - BAV" painted in mixed media on OSB wood panel.

It is in three parts, painted with oil and gold leaf imitation on OSB boards.
A work of artful, Russian masterly, neoclassical technique, shows the ruler Putin in turquoise robe with raised right index finger in front of the wheel of history instead of gloriole glorifying him, which belong only to the saints. His left hand he holds "napoleonlike" angled in front of his waist.
Angela Merkel, in a radiant red gown, leads up to the two little fingers, all fingertips, her fingers spread wide, accurately on each other. In the background instead of the sacred gloriole the squaring of the circle, a symbol of precaution, prosperity, fertility.

At the same height as his predecessors Barack Obama with tightly pressed lips in innocent white dress, with blessing left and the right hand pointing finger circle. The all-seeing eye in the background points to global surveillance and espionage affairs. Whether it is really all right for the American President or whether this finger is to be understood as a slander of the other, is up to the interpreter.

Technique: oil paints with gold leaf imitation (metal leaf). The painting is not framed, it can be hung without an additional frame.
Overall dimensions without frame - 150x100x0.16cm.

Inspired by iconography and modern materials, this series of images was created in gold imitations. Thousands of years old iconography technology and modern OSB panels form a symbiosis in my paintings. The ecclesiastical, almost mystical symbolism of the icon clashes with current political events and personalities. The amalgamation of these opposites is symbolic in tragicomic
