There are infinite number of designs in nature and surroundings. It is a purest of pleasures to explore and convert them into paintings. I have tried to illustrate the effect of light in impressionistic colours. This landscape is 'plein air' painting done in Banaras, India.

Ghats in Varanasi are riverfront steps leading to the banks of the River Ganges. The city has 87 ghats. Most of the ghats are bathing and puja ceremony ghats, while a few are used exclusively as cremation sites.

This is a one of a kind painting, unique creation by me, Snehal Page. I sign my paintings on the front, This painting includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

This high quality water colour painting is done on a 300gsm Aquarelle paper using Winsor & Newton Cotman water colours.

Painting will be shipped in a reinforced envelope.
