Original artwork description:

This is a collaborative piece with a talented young ballerina in Canada called Pascala English. I was lucky enough to find this dancer earlier this year and was attracted by her beautiful movement as well as the look of pure determination on her face. This was just before she got on point, an exercise practice again and again to strengthen her arches. I thought it was equally beautiful as a dancer on full pointe and had to paint it.
