Even in today's modern times, the art of ballet persists. In classic and contemporary form. Many dance creations inspire admiration, it is fascinating to observe how the story and emotions can be expressed without words, only with music and dance. I like ballet - of course also because I am aware of the enormous physical and mental demands of hundreds of hours of hard training before we see a perfect performance on stage.
Out of respect for ballet dancers, I created several sculptures. This is one of them.
This sculpture depicts a young ballerina preparing for her performance on stage, only to float to the beat of the music a moment later.
The sculpture is suitable for interiors especially for music and dance lovers.
