This original photo has added layers to give the appearance of an old photograph printed in the darkroom.

All photos from this series are Giclee prints on Hahnemuhle German Etching paper 310gsm. This is a heavy-duty paper with a textured, velvety matt surface, and a warm white hue with traits of a traditional artist board of the finest quality. It is an archival and acid-free paper.

The series looks at the buildings in Madrid, Spain and all have at least one person on the balcony. The photos show how the Spanish people use their balconies as private spaces for reflection and for observing the world.
