Balance accommodates and imbalance bothers, but generates energy, movement and a new level of knowledge. Within an order of cause and effect governed by action and reaction, there is no dualism between them. Both are essential and relevant to the growth process. Challenges represent imbalance and achievements. The "comfort zone" is a state of balance.
