Union Township Sequence is a series of paintings of the town I moved to in October 2022. Painting features include houses, signs, yards, trees, fences, rooftops, chimneys and sky in this case a municipal building. Suburban architecture's repetition can make it seem simultaneously quaint and redundant. The familiarity of 'anywhere U.S.A.' The red curtained building is my studio.
