A linocut I created from a photograph I took of a backstreet in Hove, East Sussex; near where I live. I’m very drawn to fire escapes, and there was something about the perspective of the buildings leaning in towards the central fire escape that I found aesthetically pleasing. I really enjoy linear marks, and through the medium of linocut I really felt like I was able to celebrate this by using this particular composition
