In the spring of 2019, I was painting my graduation work “Van prayer” at the Academy of Fine Arts. The work is dedicated to the Armenian genocide. It is multi-layered, pasty, with a restricted colour palette. I wanted to step back slightly from this topic to make something opposite - bright, fast, easy. As a result, this little work was born.
