The same shelter on Hove seafront as "Give Me Shelter" but from a different angle, this time with a more melancholy feel to it. I wanted to get across the difference between the dark deserted seafront at night and the lights and activity on the road and buildings behind, a lonely figure set against the warm light in the background.
Materials used:
Oil on mdf board, gessoed on both sides.
