On Aventine Hill in Rome on the quiet Piazza dei Cavalieri di Malta there is a large wooden door with a keyhole. If you look through this keyhole you are in for a surprise. Neatly framed, in the distance, through an avenue of hedges is St Peter's Dome in the Vatican - a perfect view.
Painted using acrylics, tippex and permanent marker pen om 11oz, 100% cotton duck weave, triple primed canvas stretched over a wooden frame (3.5cm deep).
On a box canvas so framing is not required.
Comes with an authentication certificate on the back of the painting.
