Autumn dreams in a moonlit landscape with winter trees in the near distance.
Leaves break off form her russet hair and from her white dress. A few leaves remain on the tall trees.

I'm inspired by the lovely landscape where i live in the Lincolnshire Wolds; it is impossible to miss the changing seasons!
I also love painting nudes and then adding filmy, transparent, flowing dresses; it works especially well on this my favourite, beautiful Indian Khadi handmade cotton rag paper.
It is a 12 x 17 inches / 31 x 44 cm, 210 gsm weight paper with a deckled edge; my favourite shades are the muted shades of blue, grey and teal.
Here I've used white, black and brown watercolour on the teal paper.

The painting is signed bottom right and also titled and signed on the reverse of the paper.

I've worked extensively on a series of watercolours on this gorgeous paper all through 2016 and this year too.

Available unframed, wrapped in acid-free tissue and sent by Tracked Delivery.
