Original artwork description:

Small abstract mixed-media painting created using acrylic paint, handmade collage, wax, ink and hand made stencils. Various techniques were used to achieve the rich organic shapes that appear in this artwork; I am currently exploring the relationship between colour, shape and texture. I was inspired to create this piece when walking along the south-west coastal path; the light was spilling throught the trees and and a kaleidoscope of colours lay all around.
