A Scottish mountain landscape painting inspired by the rugged peaks and wild remote moors of the Scottish highlands in autumn, places such as Glen Etive, Knoydart, Skye, Glencoe have all inspired this scene. With their dark rugged rocky hills and grey skies surrounded by bracken moorland. Painted in muted autumnal colours in a modern contemporary semi abstract impressionist style in cool blue colours with a touch of yellow ochre in the foreground to represent the bracken covered moorlands.

Painted using quality artists paint on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
