I pass by this farm often - almost anytime I leave my house! The backdrop of colorful Autumn trees was irresistible to paint. I always wonder when I am painting old houses and barns about the people who built them. They seem like such perfect forms and have stood for so long through so many storms and seasons. It is fun to ponder!
