Autumn on the left, Winter on the right.
Winter's pale luminosity is cooling Autumn's warmth, but behind Autumn the richness of her fiery palette is still very much in view.

I've deliberately kept a limited palette, using Conté chalks on Indian handmade paper.
This is a lovely 210gsm medium-weight textured grey-blue paper, perfect for watercolours and pastels. I just adore using it.

Paper size is 12 x 17 inches, approximately A3.
It has a pleasing uneven deckle edge, which sometimes my collectors like to show at the time of framing, instead of covering the edge of the paper with a mount/mat.
If you choose this option at the time of framing please note the the paper must be kept from touching the glass ... a good framer will advise.

One of the "In context" photographs shows the drawing on my mantlepiece with two of my 'pebble' vases either side (Autumn and Winter).
I have also shown the approximate size of the drawing if it were framed around about 40 x 50cm, in my other room photograph.

I always include a Certificate of Authenticity with my artworks and send them Tracked Delivery by reputable Courier.
