The Call of The Wild is my new series of abstract floral natural botanical pieces. Each piece is painted intuitively from my imagination, each with its own personality and individuality, they capture the beauty and energy of Nature that lies all around us. A little place to loose yourself, at least for a little while. This piece is a large square panel framed in a beautiful wooden stained white frame.

Autumn is definitely a beautiful season of the year to capture, such beautiful warm colours everywhere, the light is so different to the summer and spring, it has a subtle glow, I always love the skies in autumn, the clouds just seem so elegantly dramatic and billowing. I wanted this piece to bring to life this essence. It is painted with a warm subtle palette, with an autumnal sky and beautiful wild poppies and flowers. A little place to bring a touch of nature and colour to your space. Painted from my imagination, framed and ready to hang and enjoy.

- Framed in a beautiful white wood frame, the front isn't covered with glass (so you won't lose the textures behind glass) the back of the frame has a back board
- Hanging fixtures are also attached to the back
- Painted in mixed media of Inks and Fluid Acrylics, finished with a resin layer
- The resin layer gives the piece phenomenal depth of both colour and textures
