I plan for two days of life painting. The gorgeous black woman with long florescent pink hair is lying on a mass of patterned textiles with a huge jar filled with Autumn leaves.
Such a lovely pose and such a joy to paint her. This is painted in oils on a collaged board of text from The Wife of Bath by Chaucer.
It has a subframe and the edges of the panel are painted so it can be hung as it is, or have a frame added.
