My garden in Autumn is full of these brightly coloured seed head lanterns, I think they're called Chinese Lanterns.
Bright Cadmium orange colours and green gold leaves spurred me on to do this watercolour painting and I have also added touches of darker greens and mauve ink. Lots of textures in the background which give a semi abstract interpretation of the scene.
The painting comes rolled in a sturdy postal tube or can be sent mounted and backed ready to frame in a 16x20" frame of your own choosing for an extra £25 inc P&P if preferred (please contact me for this option).
N.B. The frame shown in the photo is not included and is for display purposes only. The picture displayed in the room settings is approx size so please check the measurements with those given in the description.
All my pictures are signed originals and will be sent to you carefully wrapped and insured during transit. There is a 14 day return and refund option if you are not completely happy for any reason with your picture when it arrives. Import duties, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer (but usually not applicable). My paintings have been purchased by buyers all around the world, including Australia, USA and France.
