Original artwork description:

Original imagined abstract expressive late Summer/Autumn landscape ‘The Beaten Path’. Looking towards distant hills, a winding path retreats into the landscape.

Created in mixed media through experimentation with colour, form and value using abstract shapes and mark making and embracing the accidental. I have used watercolours layered with inks followed by acrylics and further developed further using acrylic and indian ink, painted in May 2018. One of two similar works created.
