Love Japanese images especially kimonos. I have painted many images of kimonos but always come back to this design based on a painting I have painted many times of plum blossom on silver leaf in moonlight. Painted on canvas backed board and mounted on a black background with a secret design on the mount painted in gloss varnish and framed with a black waxed frame. I paint this in many sizes and on canvas so commissions are taken from this painting.
