Original artwork description:

When the summer period ends, the chrysanthemum season begins. In my country, this beautiful flower comes into its possession from September and reigns until the first frost.
I drew inspiration from Japanese art. For Japan, chrysanthemums are a national symbol. The beauty of these flowers can evoke strong emotions. The tradition of contemplating the beauty of nature has taken root in the Japanese mind and has become an integral part of the culture of this country. In this picture, I wanted to convey the fragility of a white flower, its defenselessness against the coming cold weather.

watercolors on paper, crayons
